I was absolutely shocked—I was surrounded by raucous 11 pm kitchen parties while trying to get my beauty sleep, and I was a little disappointed to find there was no laundry service on-site, forcing me to trek elsewhere. Oh, and a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been lovely to compensate for my struggles, but I guess that was too much to ask for.
